What My Clients Say
I have been so blessed to have Diana as my coach over the last year. I really believed I did NOT have any spectrum of ADD! Am I the only one!!!! However, with Diana’s knowledge, experience and gentle prodding, she helped me see that I truly do. That is what lead me to have her be my coach.
Diana allows me to voice my concerns and really “heard my heart” and my challenges. Diana truly “hears me, and helps me develop strategies to feel more confident and in control. I find myself, almost daily, if not weekly, remembering her words of insight and encouragement.
Because of some big changes in my life I needed to step away from our coaching time for a period of time. Diana was, & is, very understanding and even suggested that a break might help me be better equipped to come back in the near future. It has definitely given me the ability to see my progress in the areas that I felt stuck and helped me to overcome some of the barriers that keep creeping up in my life.
I have no hesitancy in recommending Diana as ADD/ADHD coach. She truly loves what she is doing and it comes thru each time we talk. I am looking forward to beginning again with her and become even more equipped to deal with my ADD.
Diana Wallace is a wonderful coach. She genuinely cares about the people that she is coaching, and because of this she takes the time to understand and work with each person, finding to find the best way for them to improve themselves.
When I was being coached Diana gave me a safe place to talk about what I was experiencing, she encouraged me and helped me to do what I couldn’t do on my own.
I would whole-heartedly recommend Diana to anyone that is looking for life coaching.
When I first learned about Coaching for ADHD, I was concerned that I might be criticized in the process and wondered if I’d feel emotionally safe while being vulnerable with my most private and painful struggles. From the first time I met Diana she has been genuinely kind, compassionate and diligent in coaching me through this life-changing process. Because of Diana’s approach I’ve been able to put aside personal fears of being judged and shamed to focus my energy on making real growth in managing the challenges of ADHD.
I’ve been coaching with Diana for over a year. I came to coaching with issues of overwhelm and stress. My life became increasingly more demanding with the birth of my 3rd son. I suspected I had ADHD but I didn’t realize how much it was impacting my life. My goal in coaching was to help my family function in a healthier more goal directed way to help us reach our highest potential.
Through Diana’s coaching, I have become more aware of the various ways my ADHD has impacted me, both negatively and positively. I have learned strategies to manage the challenges of my particular brain wiring. I have grown in my self-awareness, my self-compassion and my ability to respond thoughtfully instead of just reacting. The obstacles that once lead me to feeling stuck and discouraged have been replaced by a journey of empowerment. Through coaching, our family has been developing skills in working together in a more positive process to reach our goals.
Diana is insightful, safe and supportive. She is interested in helping people to recognize their strengths and reach their highest potential. I highly recommend coaching with Diana.
